how the easy cut leg ham is made
Extra lean legs of pork are selected for these easy cut leg hams (also known as easy carve leg hams),so as to avoid over handling damage during injection and massaging. All bones except for the hock are removed and the trimmed legs marinated in our special cure before being massaged, cooked and smoked. The result is a beautiful carving easy cut leg ham, without the inconvenience of a bone to carve around.
shelf life
Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
