Ham Deluxe
Ham deluxe is a fully cooked and naturally smoked loin of pork, this product is encased in elastic netting to help maintain a uniform shape, resulting in even slices of ham from start to finish. The use of a pork loin makes for a tenderer slice of ham in a smaller size.

100% fresh Australian pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).
how the ham deluxe is made
Fresh loins are removed from the pork middles and trimmed of any visible sign of fat. Ham deluxe is then injected with our secret marinade and massaged overnight to improve flavour and texture. Before cooking, the loins are filled into elastic netting to maintain an even shape and then cooked and smoked resulting in their distinctive appearance.
shelf life
Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
