process

Fresh beef topside is hand trimmed of all its fat to improve appearance and the health aspect. The product is then dipped into our selected spices and then cured to perfection to achieve a traditional New York Pastrami flavour and texture.

shelf life

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
