how the premium rolled leg ham is made
Lean fresh pork legs are selected by our trained staff so as to minimise wastage when trimming. The full muscle meat is then marinated overnight before being massaged to improve taste and texture. Next the meat is hand formed into a collagen casing to maintain a uniform shape. Premium rolled leg ham is then cooked and smoked to further enhance its appearance and flavour.
shelf life
Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
