process
A fine emulsion of fresh pork trim and a selection of spices are filled into this unusually shaped natural casing which is then string tied to give it a unique shape. It is then cooked and smoked to give the product a beautiful brown appearance and smooth continental taste.
shelf life
Three weeks provided the gas flushed packaging is kept intact and the product is stored under 5°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.
